QuillaFrame Team ("QuillaFrame", "we", "us", or "our") collects information you provide (such as name/username, email, and support messages), information collected automatically (such as device information, usage statistics, and crash logs), and—only if you allow—your approximate or precise location.
If you choose to upload text or images for AI-related features, that content is processed on our own servers, not shared with third parties, and deleted immediately after processing. We do not sell personal information.

- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support: content of messages you send to us and related metadata.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, OS version, language, identifiers and similar technical data.
- Usage data: feature usage, interactions, timestamps, and performance metrics.
- Crash and diagnostic logs: crash reports and related diagnostic data.
2.3 Location information (with your permission)
If you enable location permissions, we may collect and use approximate or precise location information (depending on your settings) to support location-related functionality. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

If parts of the Service include web views or web-based components, we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) for login/session, preferences, and performance measurement. You can typically control cookies through your device or browser settings; disabling cookies may affect functionality.
3) AI-Related Features and Content Processing
QuillaFrame may include AI-assisted features that help transform your movie-going experience. If you choose to upload text and/or images ("AI Inputs") to generate outputs ("AI Outputs"), the following applies:
- AI Inputs are processed on our own servers controlled by QuillaFrame Team.
- We do not share AI Inputs or AI Outputs with any third party for processing or any other purpose.
- AI Inputs and AI Outputs are deleted immediately after processing (or as soon as technically feasible).
- You control whether you upload content and whether generation occurs.
- We do not use AI Inputs for training models or for advertising/marketing purposes.
4) Photos & Face-Related Information
- No facial recognition and no biometric identifiers are created.
- Images used for one-time generation are deleted from our servers immediately after processing.
- Generated results are stored locally on your device by default, unless you choose otherwise.
- Photos/images are not used for training or marketing.
5) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (including account creation and login).
- Personalize and improve the Service (including preferences and feature experience).
- Understand usage, performance, and reliability (analytics, troubleshooting, crash diagnostics).
- Protect security, integrity, and safety (fraud prevention, abuse detection).
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
We do not sell personal information.
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
8) Security
- Encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable).
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Regular security reviews/audits.
- Backups and disaster recovery practices.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9) Data Retention
- Account information: for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal obligations).
- Usage data (analytics/performance): up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: up to 6 months.
- AI Inputs/Outputs: deleted immediately after processing.
10) Your Rights and Choices

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above when changes take effect. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the Service or other appropriate means.
12) Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to privacy or data handling will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where QuillaFrame Team has its principal place of business, and through binding arbitration as described in the Terms of Service, except where prohibited by law.
